Document Checklist

The following information is usually required during the loan process:

  • Salaried/Hourly

    Last two years tax returns signed and W-2s

  • Last 30 days pay stubs

    Last 60 day’s bank statements

    Self-Employed

    Last two years of tax returns (personal and business)

    Current year-to-date Profit and Loss statement

    Retired/disability

    1099s or award letters for Retirement, Social Security or Disability benefits income, if applicable

    Additional Items required

    Asset documentation (most recent statements) i.e. 401K, stocks, bonds, CD’s, IRA)

    Name and phone number of homeowner insurance agent you would like to use.

    Letters of Explanations on any late payments or collection accounts in the last 12 months

    Copy of Photo Id and social security card for all borrowers

    If you have had a bankruptcy or Divorce

    Copy of complete bankruptcy papers

    Copy of complete divorce decree

    Copy of court order for child support/Alimony, if paying or receiving

    (If receiving, please provide past 12 months proof of receipt)

If you currently own Real Estate:

  • Mortgage account information
  • Home insurance policy information
  • Home equity account information (if applicable)
